At adensupplies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and sent back in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our Beauty & Personal Care products and hygiene standards, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Skincare or beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Perishable goods (if offered seasonally)

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Please do not return your item to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use

  • The item is not in its original condition or has missing parts

  • Returns are requested after 30 days

  • The item is a media product (e.g., CDs, DVDs) that has been opened


Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at {your email} and send your item to: {your return address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the gift wasn’t marked or shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your product, mail it to: {your return address}.
You are responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
